The Recreation Program has long been involved in a supporting role of our athletes in both the AWG and the NAIG games here in the Yukon . From coaching, to organizing, to fundraising, our efforts have continued to provide our Territory’s elite athletes with a chance to do their best in their respective sports and venues.
While the major organization and administering of both the NAIG Games and the AWG has moved primarily to the Yukon Aboriginal Sport Circle , we continue to be actively involved in supporting our rural and urban athletes from around the Territory.
