After School Tutoring Program - Tutor

The After School Tutoring position will work with Aboriginal high school students bridging the transition from elementary to high school and rural to urban schools providing after school assistance for high school students with special emphasis on students with learning differences.

Cultural Connections for Aboriginal Youth:

In preparation for the 2010/2011 CCAY Proposal Review Process, the Skookum Jim Friendship Centre is requesting applications from Aboriginal youth to the Regional Proposal Review Committee (RPRC). This is a volunteer position requiring the involvement of Aboriginal youth.

All positions with SJFC are required to have a criminal records check. Candidates must have a class 5 drivers license and be willing to work evenings and/or weekends as required. First Aid is desirable.
