The program funds courses necessary for employment (ie. First Aid, Food Safe, WHMIS, etc.), as well as academic or continuing education courses through a post-secondary institution. Additionally, the program has funding for work and winter clothing and gear. Clients ages 12-24 can also access work and winter gear through the Youth Support Services program, without an application.
Application forms for the ISETS program can be picked up in person from the Front Desk at the Skookum Jim Friendship Centre during working hours. Any questions can be directed to the Education and Training Coordinator (please see staff contact list).
